You've probably gathered by now that I'm a creative designer, with a liking, some might say an obsession, for things to look, feel and do their job just right. If you have a few minutes for a short story and a cuppa, I've summarised my creative journey, so far, below.

Born in 1982 to Phil (big dad) & Lynne (little mum), and raised in Manchester, UK. I attended school in my local area and quickly found a passion for the arts.

From playdough sculpting to egg box monsters, I recieved smiley face after smiley face. This fueled my passion and for the rest of my time in education I followed the creative route with a determination to draw and colour in for a living.

I left school, college and university with excellent results, 9 A-B grades at high school, at college I achieved 4 A-C A levels, in Art, IT, Psychology and Media Studies, finally leaving University with a Distinction Level Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design.

In June 2005, just days after completing my HND, I landed my foot on the first rung of the career ladder at Creation Advertising and Direct Marketing, who at that time were located in the Northern Quarter of Manchester (they've since moved up the road to the Green Quarter). I worked there as a Junior Graphic Designer/Artworker until December 2006, developing a firm grasp of print media and an education in taking a brief through all stages to ready to print Artwork.

I had an exciting time as I continued to evolve my career as a freelance Graphic Designer in the Manchester area and this thirst for new experiences and knowledge led me to pursue an interest in the world of web design further afield in Hale, Cheshire.

Armed with new techniques to practice and develop I arrived in April 2007 at Principal Image Design Consultancy in Knutsford, Cheshire - Where today I'm currently a Creative Designer in both Printed Media and Web Visuals.

I love what I do for a living and consider myself so very lucky to be living my own dream - bliss!
